After some much needed time off i think i am ready to get back under a barbell tomorrow. The mental challenge of my sport far exceeds the physical side of it for me. I am grateful to have a coach that is understanding and compassionate when it comes to this struggle. I have mapped out new goals and can feel the desire to check them off rushing through my veins again. I may not always take the path others will choose but this is MY journey and it sure is a fun and wild ride of ups and downs- thank you all for your support as i navigate it.
