Again with my favorite shorts from @skechersperformance apparel and cute sports bra. Did a cardio session followed by #absofsteel circuit I invented: 3 sets no rest in between of: 15 sit ups, 15 flutter kicks, 10 leg raises, 10 cycling crunches, 10 knee crunches, 10 leg pull-ins, 10 front plank arm reaches, 10 body saw, 30" front plank & 30" side plank. Do you guys feel like doing it today? Let me know if you feel the burn!
