This week’s recipe is for a #summer dish made to impress - @mazerestaurant’s Grilled Octopus with Green Harissa. Make sure to place the #octopus in boiling water for just 5 seconds, then into ice-cold water a couple of times so that you get the correct texture. You can either pan-fry it or rub some of the #harissa dressing and grill until golden brown.
