?? Matcha Choco Chip Ice Cream ?? Corrine from @healthypieceofcake has given us some major recipe inspo with this one! Her recipe, as posted:
In your blender:
+ 2 small bananas
+ 150g coconut cream ( canned)
+ Lime juice of half a lime
+ 1/2 Tspoon pure vanilla powder
+ 2 bags Matcha @Your Tea (is 4 G Matcha Powder)
Mix smooth and stir by :
?45 G pure dark and dairyfree chocolate chips
+ Place in the freezer until hard ( 4.5-5 hours)
+ Leave approx. 20 -25 min at room temperature and then create two scoops with warm (ice) spoon.
+ Garnish with fresh mint, unsweetened coconut grater and some more choco chips. ?
