I find the more I commit to not judging myself in the face of perceived outside (or even inner) expectations, others actions/reactions, and their words, the more I am able to objectively identify my own insecurities and weaknesses so that I can do the inner work needed to overcome them. The only thing other people can really do (excluding physical harm here) is show you where your blind spots are, you decide how you feel/react to this. If anything, you should thank them for enlightening you, learn from it, and use it to grow more solid and unbreakable, unfuckwithable. I think it's important to not let anything or anyone discourage you from putting yourself out there and letting your true colors shine!?❤️ #OnwardInwardUpward ?: @shoot802
