♪(ᵔᗨᵔ๑)As promised, here is the tutorial for the Goldfish Sushi. Hope you like this fun sushi.
Method.
-Slice Ika sashimi (squid) into paper thin slices
-Shape sushi rice into 2 oval shapes
-Cover rice ball at random with bite size pieces of salmon sashimi and some ebikko
-Wrap the Ika over the riceball
-Cut the ika into jagged ends for the tail
-Assemble the Ika parts together including the parts you cut away to form the goldfish's fins.
-Add circle sushi seaweed for the eyes.
Enjoy this fun sushi!
Please only use sashimi grade fish meat as it is safe for raw consumption in sushi
