We had the honor to go on a Journey of Smiles this weekend and see the incredible work @smiletrain does when we visited just some of their crucial programmes in Mexico City. Millions of children in developing countries are suffering from untreated clefts. Most cannot eat or speak properly and aren’t allowed to attend school. @smiletrain IS CHANGING THAT. With grass roots funding from many generous donations they are educating parents and communities, treating children and giving them speech therapy and the tools to live a healthy, happy and inclusive life. - This.
