We've all made mistakes. And we will continue to forever. It's how we take ownership of them, how we concede when a truthful point is made, how we learn and expand our perspective, how we apologize if our actions have hurt another person, and how we move forward from there: not with self punishment, not by wallowing in the "oops". But with the genuine gumption of someone who is wildly aware that they are now and will always be flawed, but doesn't let it stop them from endlessly striving to become a better version of themselves. There is grace in admittance. There's also grace in always striving to do better next time... With all of our hearts and a good sense of humor. Vulnerability is true strength. Ego is what keeps us separate from others and separate from connection and love. If there's one thing that's certain it's that your fucking ego can't call the shots all the time. If it does... the world starts looking a lot like it does today. #WeCanDoBetter
