Today is #BastilleDay, a national holiday that celebrates the unity of the French people. The holiday pays tribute to the French Revolution and the national motto that emerged from it: liberty, equality, and fraternity. This #BastilleDay, however, has been unlike any other. Late on Thursday, in the French Riviera city of Nice, an attacker drove a truck at high speed into crowds watching Bastille Day fireworks and killed at least 75 people, according to multiple reports.
