The Sun is going down and with it, hopefully, my restlessness ... Feeling dizzy with my thoughts going all over the place... Asking myself a lot of questions without quite finding the answers... Or are the answers right there and am I just afraid to see them, accept them and once and for all integrate them in my life.... Detachment... Hard thing to do but I'm sensing is the only way to real happiness and wellbeing... Hard to let go though... Hard to let go of people's expectations, specially those who love you the most... Fear or des appointing them, to change... And at the very same time, an incredible eagerness for all these changes... Hope the night comes with advice or at least... Much needed rest. #om
