The Queen of England has the right to own every untagged swan in England.

Every July, boats set out on the Thames river in England to find and count swans as part of a royal tradition called “swan upping.” Swan upping can take five days -- when a boat spots a swan, it shouts, “All up!” Then the swan gets caught, measured, and checked for injuries. 72 baby swans were counted from July 18-22 this year.
