Perfect for summer heat when served with some cold sweetened puddings or fruits!
Here is what you need:
40g shiratamako (dango flour)
20ml water
30g silken tofu
To colour:
Black cocoa powder
Food pen
Note: if you are allergic to soy, you can just add water to dango flour until the right texture is achieved. However you might find that it's little harder to make into defined shapes.
Tip: make other shapes too! I use remaining dough to make paw designs so the recipe yield me a hotel of 12 dangos
