Remember last week’s #fishfriday? This week's #recipe is for the stunning mackerel dish the chefs @mazegrill created on the day. Inspired by the most fresh #summer produce, it's simple and perfect for lazy lunches al fresco over the #weekend or as a quick dinner option on a school night. Make sure to soak the wooden boards for at least an hour before putting into the grill to cook the fish. Alternatively, you can place the fish under a regular oven grill.
