Enjoyed racing a 400m at the local track here in Manhiem tonight! Was hoping for a bit faster but since I don't race 400s much at all I was still happy to have got a little PB of 54.15! And still more speed work to come before the Olympic 800m!! This was followed by a 2k tempo, warm down, and a good old ice bath!
Last race before Rio, 2.5 more weeks of training until the 800m heats!!! Sooo excited!! I leave Germany for Rio on the 10th of August with some of the team!! Thanks to everyone for the support and all the lovely messages!!
