4 week progress photos- weighing in about 1# lighter on average now (65.7kg-ish). Consistently tracking macros with no foods eliminated. I have increased my carb intake the last 2 weeks (around 2,100 calories/day now), refeeding/high carb cycling weekly, and training my ass off. This past week things stalled a bit as i got sick and had to take extra rest days, but ready to hit the ground running again now for a big upcoming week of lifting. It isn't a huge amount of progress yet, but it is steady and consistent. Both my quads and delts are visably bigger i am noticing, which is pretty awesome since i am a competitive strength athlete and my main goal is to lift as much weight as possible.
