When John Stevens from the Daily Mail tweeted during the EU foreign ministers meeting: "Boris sat next to Estonian foreign minister Marina Kaljurand who has a certain likeness and may have been separated at birth", then the head of Estonian Diplomats, who desperately fancies herself
to be elected to the position of president of Estonia in a couple of weeks, became quite mad with anger, pretended to be insulted and made a very controversial statement as a foreign minister on her official facebook website.  She claimed,  that if she should at all be compared with any British person, then Kaljurand would have preferred to have been compared with actors like Emma Thompson or Daniel Craig, aka James Bond, but strongly disagreed with Stevens about her comparison with mr. Johnson . 
PS! The Estonian Government member's poisoned and angry attack on Boris Johnson may well be the result of the Estonian government's frustration at being unprepared for the early role in taking up the EU Presidency now that the U.K. has vacated that position after the Brexit vote! Estonia has no decent programme in place and has had to try and make one up !
