UPDATE: $110 pledges & HAS FOSTER OFFER! ??It's baffling me why Weema is still at the #downeyanimalshelter, and shes coming up on 1 month!! She's a #puppy! I thought that everyone wanted a puppy. ? She is small and so sweet. After this video, she came over to me and kissed my hand and then wedged her body against the fence so that I could pet her. It comforted her so much. This baby is good with other small dogs and shouldn't be growing up in a shelter. Her owners should never have dumped her there! She needs a new family or a rescue ASAP (has Foster offer!) Last post: Weema is a tiny (7lb) 10 month old #chihuahua who was so sad and seemed lonely by herself. She was surrendered on 7/8 and shockingly hasn't been adopted yet. She is quiet and shy but loves to be pet. Weema has no #puppy spirit in her right now, because she's been there too long. She is spayed and ready for a family now. I'm shocked that a puppy is at the shelter for so long without getting adopted. ?
