Ladies work that booty!!!!! Hey guys! Have you missed me? Well I’m back with another Tuesday tip – another workout that’s perfect to fit in with your busy lives and stay healthy on-the-go.
For this one first you’ll get in the plank position, when you’re steady with your palms on the ground lift one leg straight up and then cross your leg and tap your toe on the ground, lift it straight back up and then back down. The important part with this one? Do it SLOWLY and only 5-6 times – it’s all about doing this the right way, not the quickest way.
