[Summer seasonal menu] Loved the idea behind this @ぐでたま shaved ice dessert

The 'yolk' is actually a mango puree sphere and "egg white" is shaved vanilla ice.
Served with caramel sauce (I supposed it's "soy sauce"), dango, azuki, fruits (so little) and vanilla ice cream.

Taste was average but the mango sphere was a really nice touch and shaved ice was very fine and soft.

可愛いぐでたまのかき氷を食べました。でもフルーツがあまり少しいです。

黃身はマンゴーピュレです❣️すごいアイデアね。
