Chef @danielhumm: Aside from the fact that this farm is home to an army of goats, the main course is always pork—slow roasted in a wood burning oven, and seasoned simply with salt and fresh herbs served atop roasted potatoes. The servings are generous and the meal always delicious. #makeitnice
