Morning grind @pinpointathlete! Working with @pinpointcoach & @jacknicburke, putting me through my paces?

It's crazy thinking that the one muscle group you are trying to target, but just can’t seem to hit, might simply need to be woken up first.

Glute amnesia or “Lazy Glute” is common in athletes and is in many cases a simple fix. Glutes are the pelvic stabiliser muscles that keep the hips and pelvis in proper alignment throughout exercise, this means if they are activated then you not only allow for better technique but ultimately you get better results in strength, shape and power!

Before your next workout complete these activities for 20 meters each with a small there-band, and do not stand up out of 1/4 squat position until are ALL done! ?? Making sure your feet are AT ALL TIMES outside the shoulders and never inside them:

1-“Zombie” Walking forward with shoulders back and down
2-“Lateral Band Walk” -move laterally for two laps making sure you target both sides
3-“Backwards Zombie” - same as the first activity but backwards
4- “The Creep” Same as zombie but now on your tip toes
5- “Chameleon” on all fours and moving opposite limbs like a bear crawl

Prepare for an intense burn that is waking up your booty! If the bum is awake and full of blood, it becomes like a bank account full of money, so spenddddd that money and build them perky strong glutes ?
