1. iPhone grip: I have something called the LoveHandle. It is a band that attaches to the back of your phone that you slide your fingers in, so the phone doesn't slip out of your hands.

2. Hot Sauce: Sometimes, it’s the only way I am able to eat some of the unique foods around the world. Just remember to put them in a plastic bag, so they don't explode everywhere!

3. Noise-cancelling headphones: Quality, noise-cancelling, in-ear headphones are clutch for tuning everything out and putting on some ambient sounds (ocean or rainforest tracks preferred)

4. Thera Cane: If you don't know what this is, please Google it! It is the greatest invention of all time. I have one in my car at all times, in my studio, and in my bag (if space allows).

5. Global Entry / CLEAR: This allows you to skip security lines, simple as that! I can't tell you how many times this has saved me when rushing through the airport between international flights.
