Having just had a baby, I now understand how deeply children depend on their parents to keep them safe.  I can’t imagine the pain that a parent must go through when they are unable to protect their child.  We are better than this.  My thoughts go out to all people affected by violence around the world.  The world’s problems are very complex and I am not pretending to know all the answers, but I do think that we all have a duty to not turn a blind eye to those who are disproportionately affected by violence.  I encourage your thoughts.  Link to video in bio…  #human #humanity #syria #theboyintheambulence
