7 Week Dieting Progress Photos. I am on a slow cut starting at 66.5 in the left photo to get down to my weight class of 63kg for University Nationals. Currently sitting around mid 65, so i have lost 1kg in 7 weeks, yes you read that right. Slowly bringing my macros down and will start seeing more change on the scale now. I still will not eliminate any foods, I eat at least 1 Oreo or Poptart per day to keep my taste buds happy and my sanity haha. Being in only a very small deficit all of this time has allowed for fat loss AND lean mass gain… the reason for the minimal weight change. For example- check out my left (tattooed hand side) quad!! That was the knee that was bugging me so much and I was favoring it for a long time and thus had some quad atrophy occur. I was noticing some spin on my heavy cleans (using right leg more) and since have been really focusing on pushing through my left foot on my squats - it looks like my legs are almost evened out again whoohoo! Also noticing bicep, tricep and delt gains! #howmuchyabench hehe. A lot of work left to do but very proud of my dedication and focus so far. 5 weeks to go! :) I currently have a waiting list but will be taking new clients again for nutrition coaching with #barbellsandbows very soon.
