Here's a snap I took during the "57th & 9th" album sessions - a rare shot of Sting playing a Fender Jazz Bass. As most of you know, Sting plays his vintage Fender P-Bass almost exclusively, but, in this one particular instance, a sudden burst of inspiration led him to grab the instrument nearest at hand.
