Here's what we encourage all women- pregnant and postpartum- to avoid: sit-ups, crunches, knees to chest, toes to bar, and extended periods in plank. Other than those movements, movement recommendations and modifications depend on the mama, her physical, emotional, and mental health, and the desires/goals she has both for birth and within the year after birth.

Each pregnancy and birth is different; therefore, it is important to approach your pregnancy as its own unique experience.
