You can never have too much fried shallots. In this case, with scallions over rice with slow braised pork and a runny yolk egg. Not your traditional #luroufan (braised pork rice), not to mention I'm eating with a table of true blue #Taiwanese. But in the end, everyone was just happy to support Taiwanese food.
