Thank you Michal Raz-Russo and @artinstitutechi for your extraordinary exhibit of Gordon Parks and Ralph Ellisons Invisible Man work. A beautiful display of two of americas greatest artist. Two black men with vision, talent and courage to use their art as a form of resistance protest while making a statement about who we are and also defying the myths and misconceptions. They tell the aspects of our lives from a soul perspective. Give thanks because Ralph Ellisons Invisible Man has influenced me as a writer and I was blessed to use a Gordon Parks photo on the Cover of "Like Water For Chocolate". ?: @go4mj
