These vibrantly dressed young Hmong women live in Sapa, Vietnam where I was visiting on an anti human trafficking trip 3 wks ago. They were sitting in front of a store #MamaMai and I walked by, and I was drawn into their kind, unassuming innocence. Che, the one with the baby swaddled, told me she had her baby at 17. She was forced to be married at 16. I asked her what was the hardest part about her life today. "Im numb from pain.
