SO in love with this yoga retreat group! Everyone is so easygoing and fun. I'm feeling great, lots of energy, teaching feels amazing, and I even have plenty of time to nap in between classes. Can the entire rest of my pregnancy stay this chill please?☺️ The only changes from teaching a "regular retreat" (i.e. not preggo) is that I'm not demoing as much as I normally would and I have to eat a TON before each class to not get dizzy. I'm chowing down bananas and granola and smoothies at 6am like a madwoman? And I'm probably drinking a liter of water during each class. And I'm napping a lot. But, overall, everything is good! I even found a few pairs of yoga pants that fit?? It's so damn beautiful here. Considering a retreat in January but I probably shouldn't bank on feeling this great when I'm 7-8 months along...? Or? Hm. I should probably just chill the hell out and prepare for baby. But retreats are so much fun! And @island.yoga in Aruba will be open! Decisions, decisions...? How is your week?
