The #blue #crowned #motmot is a strikingly beautiful predatory #bird native to the jungles of Central and South #America. This individual got a fright during a night hike @forrest.galante was on, and flew right into his chest. Startled by the animal, Forrest happened to grab it out of mid air, and hold it just long enough for the #ornithologist in the group to snap a pic!
