5 days post concussion, finally touched a barbell again. 4x4 on Bench @ 145#. Not ready to move quickly yet, all i have done before this is walk on the treadmill. Slowly pain has subsided and all of my cognitive side of things have returned to normal. Hoping to keep it that way over the next 24 hours after getting a pump and increasing cardio a bit. Not the ideal way to spend your last training week before a big meet when most are hitting their last heavy singles right now on Snatch/Clean & Jerk...but... It is what it is! Dealing with the hand i was dealt. Note to self: don't smack your head on the floor during a box jump- #yourdoingitwrong ??
