Me again! @gettingstuffdoneinheels just popping by - we have friends round for dinner later and I've just laid the table. Laying the table for a special meal, is one of my absolute favourite things to do - some of the china here, used to belong to my Grandma, & I've since picked up loads, really cheaply, in charity shops. I wouldn't even mind if none of it matched as I love old china and glass. (In fact I'd LOVE a whole mismatched dinner service, but fear a mass rolling of eyes from by boys! ?☺️) I used some of my vintage sherry glasses for the tea lights, and the gorgeous #LauraAshley candle in the cut glass lends itself well to a pretty theme. (The gravy boat is just for show ? my Grandma never used it either ?? ) #LauraAshleyTakeOver
