Still can't do #MuscleUps. One of the things I've enjoyed about #crossfit is that it keeps pushing me to do things I've never been able to do before: double-unders, handstand push-ups, kipping pull-ups... But this is one I still don't have even after a lot of failed attempts and studying my form and good advice from very fit athletes. But hey - there's always tomorrow! What was that 2nd grade wisdom?
