He didn't have to comply with officers because he had not broken the law. Real good example of "protect and serve". Systemic racism is well and alive people. If you try to deny that, I hate to tell you that you're part of the problem. Its ridiculous this poor man (and countless others) are judged as "scary" or "animals" because they happened to be born with more melanin in their skin. I am angry. You should be angry.
