Happier day today (see yesterday's post). Halo came home last night and was so out of it. After a good nights rest and a dose of pain meds this morning she's acting like her old self. She looks relieved and her tail was wagging today as she came to the table at lunch to ask for a handout (which of course we gave her cuz she gets special treatment for the next 10 days). She's eating, drinking, and taking longer walks just like before we noticed something was up with her eye. It's nice to see some pep back in her and she's LOVING the extra attention! ??
Thanks again for all the thoughtful comments, love, and support. In such a sad situation it was easier to handle with so much support from you all!
