Photographer @daviddoubilet takes a submerged bottom-up shot of one #GE's five 560-foot Haliade turbines at @DeepwaterWind's #BlockIslandWindFarm. The round window appearance is a natural artifact of using a 16mm 'Fisheye' lens, pointed straight up through the water, producing an effect called Snell's Window.
