12 reps each side - push-up to toe touch
20 reps - superman to v-up w bands
16 reps - push-up to knee touch
30 second - weighted plank hold
30 second - weighted plank step outs
12 reps - sissy squat around the world to lateral raise to front raise
Perform each exercise back to back with no rest. Rest 30 seconds after each round.
REPEAT 4 ROUNDS!
