So @スタン・リー has a cameo in @yogahosers (now available on @amazonvideo). The last movie I cast Stan in was #Mallrats. Ironically, #yogahosers was greeted by critics and the box office in much the same way that 'Rats was: widely panned and not a big earner. But when Mallrats went to home video, it slowly found its audience - and that audience was bigger than I ever imagined the weekend of our dismal debut. Next week we're pitching the Mallrats series - which is something of a mind-fuck for me, considering how the movie started its life dead on arrival. So #StanLee has always been my slow-burn good luck charm: he was in Mallrats and that eventually found an audience. So maybe my #YogaHosers (complete with one of the only Stan cameos you can see outside of a @Marvel Entertainment movie) will eventually find the audience that loves it like it's their Mallrats.
