STRAWBERRY CARROT PINEAPPLE | serves two
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups coconut water, unsweetened
1 large carrot*
1 cup strawberries
1 cup pineapple *Can chop and steam carrots to make them easier to blend, or leave them raw.

1. Blend spinach and coconut water together until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
