Des proches de Junaid Ahmed, un garçon de 12 ans, se blottissent autour de sa dépouille alors que des grenades lacrymogènes tirées par la police indienne explosent près d’eux, à Srinagar, au Cachemire sous contrôle indien, le 8 octobre. Les forces de l’ordre indiennes ont violemment réprimé le cortège funèbre du jeune garçon tué durant la nuit, lors d’une manifestation contre l’Inde, dans la principale ville du Cachemire sous contrôle indien.
