First and foremost, if you are in a relationship and you are not genuinely happy and confident with where you are in life you need to re evaluate. I say this because I use to be there. That most likely means you are depending on that person for your happiness. You will never be happy if you don't learn how to be happy by yourself. Having a relationship with yourself and embracing your own company can be very hard. I know this first hand. But YOU MUST EXPERIENCE this to truly find yourself and love yourself first before you can love anyone else. This is the most powerful relationship we can develop. With ourselves. Whether you find this spiritually or through other meditations to help you, this is a journey that you must embark on and it's truly the most rewarding. I challenge all you women and men out there to look inside yourself and be honest. Are you truly happy? How is your relationship with yourself? Do you have boundaries? What are they?
