Training day for the @evergladesnps half marathon. Woot! Woot! Ryan and I just did 3.2 miles with hills at a 9:30 pace. So proud of us! If I've learned anything about what motivates me to work out, it's that I have to sign up for something exciting and invest money in it. That's what gets me out the door on hot Florida days like today. I also love having my kids see my work hard day after day... and then show up big on a race day. I'll never win a race- but crossing that finish line with a smile on my face after running 13.1 miles and dodging alligators is how I want to go big.
