The special afternoon tea menu directed by Noritaka Tatehana themes "moon viewing"; it is being served at Palace Hotel Tokyo and is getting many favorable comments. Although I've asked too much to Chef Kubota, I'm proud of how good the whole afternoon tea menu turned out to be. Being my first attempt to direct a food menu, the afternoon tea available for limited time only, will be served until Oct.31st.
