Second take on @backdoorbread whole grain spelt brioche made with Dave Millers spelt flour. This time I've skipped yeasts and let the stiff levain do it's job. Still need to figure out how to get rid of this slight tangy notes, but Ill get there one day ;) #naturallyleavened #wholegrain #thebakefeed #bbga
