When I find myself seeing every little thing that's wrong, or when I start the train of complaints, I take a breath and remember what could have been and what used to be and though those other problems may not go away by doing so, they don't seem like mountains anymore, more like molehills. Be grateful. I'm not saying ignore, or camouflage reality. But allow your gratitude to put things in perspective before you decide to unravel.
