Over the past year, I've made a habit of waking up an hour before the kids wake up to sit outside, journal and watch the sunrise. It's been a profound gift to me to take the space and time to remember that every single day is a new day. No matter what happened yesterday-- no matter what stresses and anxieties I may be feeling... every new day, I get to begin again.
I see it as a daily reminder that we alway, always have the chance to begin again. I'm starting a BIG episode today. Can't wait to see what the day has in store for me!! Also... happy #greysanatomy day everyone!!! God bless! #newbeginnings
