As it gets colder, I begin to naturally crave those comforting foods that warm and strengthen me from the inside. One of my favorite fall/winter foods is kasha.
Kasha is porridge made from different kinds of grains: buckwheat, millet, oat, rice, cream of wheat and many others.
It's considered to be one of the most important dishes in all of Russian cuisine.
This time, I made a millet porridge with fruits and nuts. It's super delicious and great - not just for breakfast, but for anytime during the day. I posted the recipe on my blog (link in the bio) ?
