5 years ago. I was drunk and in the throws of active addiction, overweight (287 at my heaviest) tired and very unhappy. Flash forward to last night. 5 years sober, 187 and the happiest and healthiest I've ever been. If you think you can't change your life your WRONG!!! It all starts with you. Consistency with diet research and exercise. You have to teach yourself how to do this!!!!!! It's super easy!!! If your waiting on a pill or a 30 day diet fix you've already failed. I would like to thank The Heinemann Twins for this moment of solid Reflection.
