クアラルンプール市内から1.5時間ほど車を走らせ、徐々にジャングルの中に入って行くような雰囲気になり、そこから抜けると現れる 小さなファーム。

ミュージシャンで俳優及び監督と多才なアーティスト Pete Teo とその奥さんがシェフをつとめる農場。
そして、予約制でオープンする Farm to Table なランチに Timeout Tokyo チームとともに招待してもらいました。

ランチの途中に大雨が降るなど、大自然を感じながら、ウェブサイトの冒頭にあるメッセージコピーの通り、食、人、自然、、、なにか本質的に豊かな時間がそこにはありました。また定期的に立ち寄りたい素晴らしい場所を見つけました。

Without soil there can be no life. It is the food and song by which we live. It is the great connector of lives, both the source and destination of all. It is everything.
